For the lowest score stat, it doesn't seem to give you the lowest historical score, but your most recent score. For example, I have a 31 on the Front 9 about 6 weeks ago, and I just shot a 34 for that same 9. I go into the stats section and look and it says my lowest is a 34. I did the same thing yesterday after shooting a 37 on the back 9 and the same thing occured. Nothing major, but a bug none the less.
