    Hi all,

    Some help would be appreciated,

Usually when I want to open a new window, forums, pro shop or whatever, I right click on it and open in new tab,

Everything is fine apart from the pro shop, I get a windows download which then asks me what program I want to use to open the download, I selected word and got all the options of the pro shop but in a word doc, which is as much use as a waterproof teabag..

Any idea what the heck happened?

Did a full virus scan etc and no threats found..

    Any clues?

    What browser do you use?

Here's a list of things you could possibly do to fix the problem:

    • Try clearing your browser cache flash cache.
    • Try reinstalling your browser.
    • Make the purchase from a different browser.
    • Restart your PC, and follow the steps above.

I could think of some situation in which it would be handy to have a waterproof teabag :)

Besides that.... did you try selecting your browser instead of word as the application to open it with ?

    Good luck fixing it.

If your using IE9 it has a problem with the Pro Shop...You'll need to use a different browser for it.
