54% is extreme but there have been quite a few similar reports.
What they will do? Don't hold your breath waiting. They have avoided to announce any progress regarding those interruptions. These have been around longer than I play and became worse with the %% monitoring feature. Instead, you may face dubious hints as to check & clear your own system. Sorry to state that I don't expect anything to happen.

You are right, "advanced customer service" is invisible to me, too. Note aside: What about mentioning "Nation member" at the top of such user mails?
Benefits during my membership have been a few special tournaments in June/July and two or three ball gifts when buying credits through limited time. About 8 weeks ago we were told to wait patiently until next year.
