thank you for your response to my note of two days ago.
the freeze-up experience got me again this evening.
Playing a Skins game with two others...... on each of the first three holes, on my 2nd or 3rd shot attempt, the dreaded 'Freeze-up' happened. the freeze up often occurs at the top of my backswing....?? Rarely, I'll get an on screen message box advising that there has been a problem with my internet connection, or some other problem with WGT Servers...?? "Do I want to retry..?? or not"
After the 3rd freeze up, I got a WGT note apologizing for a system error, please close this screen and try again later.
I was immediately disqualified and kicked out of the game. As with the other night, my account was charged for the skins entry fee(s).
I'm spending $70 - $80 monthly on WGT. We need to get this issue resolved if I am to continue with WGT.
