Re: e-mail to support@supersonicadds.com is blocked

  As the title says, I can't get any mail through to support@supersonicadds, at least sending from my gmail account which I use for all those offers.

  Multiple attempts spread over half a week all fail. My error message says:

  "Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
  
       support@supersonicads.com
  
  Technical details of permanent failure:
  Message rejected by Google Groups. Please visit http://mail.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=188131 to review our Bulk Email Senders Guidelines."

  Anyone else have the same problem ?

  Anyone have the solution ?

  the emails i received from supersonic ads is:

  Supersonicads Support <notifications@supersonicsuppor

  might also try customer support@supersonicads.com

  I sent one message by gmail with the same results. I sent one by netzero mail and did not

  receive any errors

  Thanks for the reply (and the effort made)

  I realize this is a gmail problem and the workaround of using a different (not gmail) e-mail address is available.

  I however do all communication with regard to wgt from a single gmail account. This account is as well used for participating in offers. I'd like to keep all wgt related communication with that same address for overview purposes. Previously I had no trouble e-mailing support@supersonicadds.com. Problem is there for about a week now.

  Any solution (instead of workaround) would be nice.

  I have an update:

  Best to use the following to reach them:

   

  On the offer in question --> click View Status and then Missing Points near the offer and open a ticket <---this is the best way 

  or you could email them at  customersupport@supersonicads.com
