I had 166 to the hole with an up elevation of 10 with a 3mph wind pushing 3 o'clock

I moved the aimer about 5ft left of the flag.

I ended up hitting a full spin 6 iron that was slightly late.

My shot ended up going way left into the trees.

This is on the US Open Flashback tourney. It's as if uneven lies or something was in effect. Nonetheless I am baffled.

    Thanks

After my investigation it appears you did nothing wrong. There is only one clue as to what may have happened. The person on camera #3 was right there which suggests that someone knew something. (or you hit a birdy) just dandy

I've noticed that every once in  awhile a severe slope will affect the ball flight...usually on the lip of a bunker. I've never seen it from the fairway. At least you have a ton of camera angles to replay the beauty...

It sure looks like it. Have you played UL's at BPB? Maybe you had a corrupt file in your cache because of how the shadow is rendered at your feet. Just a WAG.

Ball is slightly below the feet. It would naturally want to fade , not draw !

I thought of that but that spot in front of that trap is uphill and looks like it may slope to the left. Either way I don't think it would go that far off in either direction, the lie doesn't seem that severe. Just guessing.

When you moved the aim marker 5ft left of the flag did you zoom in to do this?

    That was a bizarre shot.

But, the question that comes to my mind is,,,,,  what was the groundskeeper doing when he mowed the fairway?  What's with the long grass at your feet? lol

I'm wondering if the game thought you where on a different hole or something lol.

wish mine had only gone into the trees......I have had this sort of thing happen 4 or 5 times, mostly at RSG and one at St Andrews, all resulting in OOB and lost balls.

Camera 2 is best, seems like somehow game decided to hit towards the wrong green.
