i have purchased some sponsor items which i was supposed to get 450 credits but have not received them why not also purchased some with credit card and still have not got my credits does anyone know why not its been a day still no credits please help as i want to upgrade my clubs to keep up with everyone thanks
If credits dont show up in the next few days, you can always use the 'contact support' on the offers page. They are quick to reply your concerns. Best of luck jim
You're correct INTERSECT, it will take 24-48 hours for the credits to show up.
would u know why i didn't receive my credits when i finished 44th &42nd in 2 CTTH, when it clearly states top 70? I sort of feel cheated..must play on!

Tournament results can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to be verified, closed and paid. Usually it takes about a week, but in some cases it can be a little longer.
