They have more than the 3 dots of the lvl 77 Nikes which i have in the inventory, and I avoid these because I lack the patience to wait for the ding - always click early!

My 2 dots Tour SD are just right for me :))

Ok, I am going to shed my view on this, hate me or not....

The balls make no difference what so ever.  I play every ready go with the balls provided by WGT.  I can shoot sub 60 with, or without them.  Reality is this, you learn how to play each ball by trial and error.  There is no advantage in stopping the ball dead, or whatever the case may be.  It is all about the player and how they play.  I know that when I hit my approach shot from (lets say) 150 out with a WGT ball, I need to allow for 4 yards of roll (if flat surface).  That is with full back spin.

But, the real question is, what type of money are you willing to spend?  If you want to look cool, go out and get the Max Meter balls.  If you want to play golf for fun, use the WGT balls.

Go out and learn the courses, map the greens, and learn your clubs vs balls used.  That is the only way to answer your question.

The only advantage to purchasing balls is some of them can or do slow your swing meter down...

I also used the WGT SD ball until after making Master. I'm still Master but that has more to do with not reading greens well than the ball choice. I agree with the post in that were the Max(PRO) ball half the price it would be one of the best all around choices. I moved up to Calloways (tried Nikes but not worth the extra credits) and it has helped me with GIR and a little slower meter. However, all that said, it is all about taking time getting used to what ever balls you decide on.

lol of course they do...wouldnt be much of a selling point now would it.....spend 5 dollars on these great looking nike balls , they dont do anything though baha,.. surely u jest saying they make no diff ppl..

its more like they do but i score good enough not to have to use them :)

if u can play regulation golf without buying balls then toosha yr doing a great job...to play legend with free balls and score well off those back tees then thats an even greater job..for that anyone can take a bow...

the advise about the cheaper balls from every1 is the go....they will help more then u think...the 1 dot distance wgt ball i used of the shorter tees with the wgt 240 yrd i think driver when i started..got me over some of the places the free clubs couldnt like the 7th at st andrews, bit of wind and i couldnt make the straight ahead fairway , had to hit left at times
