Since becoming a Nation member, I was gifted a bottle of Speed Up Boost , by WGT. Now dont get me wrong , thank you Wgt. However, I have no need for it ,as I`m in no hurry to play. So Im stuck with something that I dont need. So here is an idea. In the future before gifting players, give us a choice option.Contact us and let us know about the item , and let the player decide if they want it or not. If the player declines the offer, then award them the credit cost of item, which they will spend at the pro shop. Again its just an idea, no harm intended. Happy Swinging

Just turn it off in the game settings.

Save it for a rainy day, like in a match-play or alt-shot game,  turn it on out of the blue to mess with your opponents.

I agree with the OP. It's like when you are given balls that you will never use.

When I first got, I thought that my computer was having fits.I hadnt known that it had been gifted to me by WGT. Once I figured out what was going on , I turned it off. If I could , I would give it away. It takes away from the fun of the game. But you do have a point, because it really racked my nerves. Happy Swinging

I can relate to this, same happened to me and thought the game had suffered a panic attack. Personally I also turned it off when I realised what had happened as I think it detracts from the game.

However I cannot see WGT giving the equivilent value in credits if you don't want it. It is given for a reason - to market and promote a new product which will hopefully be received well and people continue to use the product. Yes we may end up with a bagful of single balls/equipment - my suggestion is play Blitz, water holes.

No thats not what Im saying. What I said is give us as players the option to choose if we wish to receive the gift or not. I dont want level up drinks or bars, or anything else that I wont use. Free balls is one thing, but boost drinks or things to alter the game. These are things that I can do with out. There fore give the players a choice to receive or not. Thats all that Im saying . Happy Swinging
