  Dec 7 2012 17:28 just complete a survey in french on milk consumption

  after completing the total survey around 20 min of my time the last page tells me that they have anough info  collected and they dont need more so

  it looks again that i loose my credits even if i gave them all my answers.

  Could you please solve that problem. It is verry anoying

  Good news I posted the same complaint to Triapay contact us on their FAQ page Whitin a few hours they verified and confirm that I had complete the survey and they gave e my credits. I think by advising them wright after the situation happened they were able to solved the situation. Thank you

  Always wonder what rules / laws are in place for these companies ?

  I mean what stops them from saying that to everyone and just keep and collate the info ppl have already given.
