    DaveStrock:

Buckeye8084 says"The added benefit of the R11s is minimal".............Buckeye why did you feel the need to make that comment when you are a level 89 and have no experience with the R11s,you said yourself there is an added benefit ,so any added benefit can and will lower your scores if utilized correctly, like added distance, less wind fluctuation, more forgiveness, all the things listed in the promo for the R11s,sounds like more than minimal to me,I also checked in the bags of a few of the other people who commented on this thread, can you guess what I found?,,thats right, the R11s.....if it's not that big of deal, give yours up and go back to the regular R11...I'm not trying to be degrading or snotty I just feel WGT put those of us who have reached level 90 at a disadvantage to those who got to purchase the better driver......ok I'm done ranting now...hit'em long and straight gents,as always good luck...:)

Because I've played numerous guys who have the R11s and have frequently outdrove them. The benefit of the R11s is increased forgiveness not distance. So, like I said before, if you are good at dinging the R11 the added benefit is minimal at best.

I'd be interested in a response from WGT on this. Any chance of dropping the R11s down a couple of levels for Xmas?

Couldnt hurt sales could it ? I agree.

Dave is spot on with his post whats good for the goose should always be good for the gander .

The Bladez are great clubs. Easier to ding than the R11 irons and slightly better than the Burners they replaced. They seem to have a slightly higher trajectory than the old burners so they stop a little better. And with proper use of spin the 5 yards loss on the 3 iron is not quite so bad. And you can always punch the 3 wood for around 225 or so if needed.

Best idea I've heard ALL year !!

Would also show the committed players of WGT, that you are still committed to us ?

After all, not been much in product releases lately.( Legend + ) or ROW promos.

Count me as one peeved by this brou-ha-ha. Was at 87 when change was made. Bought the R11 to bridge gap. But I'll stick with G20 3w and irons. I need the meter for scoring shots. I figure the big stick just needs to find the fairway, as far from the tee as possible.

Yeah, it fries me to see it in lvl 91-92 bags.
