  Not to sound ungrateful , but , I felt the same way as when I got a crappy reindeer tie one year !  Oh well ,I guess it's the thought that counts .  lol

  tried removing it by disabling it but still there any tips

  go to your profile click the large PLAY NOW button.

  this opens up the Game Client.

  In this Game Client click MENU

  then Game Settings

  at the top you will see Ball Speed Boost - click 'None'

  If you regularly clear cookies, you will have to go back and click 'None' again.
