I know they pay WGT for having their products on here like a kick back, however these guys are absolutely HORRIBLE, i have credits from almost a month ago still not paid out, I tried emailing them, send what they asked and its been a week and NOT 1 Word from them.

this is hurting the rep.

Submit your ticket wait a week from that point.

them email them each ticket number

one email at a time per ticket with your proof attached.

It's not a matter of "They've got to go." It's a matter of "You, the WGT member, should stop trying to use them" if you are that unhappy with them.

SHRUDE has about the only way to get them to pay but it takes a ton of diligence, time & effort. It's up to each member to decide if it's worth the trouble.

From WGT's perspective, why get rid of a paying advertiser, even if nobody uses the products they're advertising? Only when members quit trying them will Supersonic or ANY advertiser quit purchasing space here. Bear in mind, though, that does NOT mean they will be replaced by someone else. You may eventually find that there simply will be no more opportunities to get ANY "free" credits.

Be careful what you ask for.

You are right we need to stop trying them maybe they will get the point HOWEVER

I have sent them all the proof they ask, and still been 2 weeks now since i started complaining PLUS

Not sure why when i click on 'missing' credits all i get is a blank screen, i have taken multiple screen shots, and have let it try to load for 5 hours and nothing..

I am also thinking about reporting them to the BBB Better Business Bureau . WHY.

there are 2 I am really worried about, Mega Flix - I click on there entered all my info and everything, BUT Now and every time i go to that same website to 'watch a movie' or whatever it does NOT go to the same website. The Layout of each website is the same but I have yet to get the original website ... and noone will let me log in.

Social Dieters - I thought ok great, why not, entered all my info and it took me to a Dating Website, and i Know my wife won't like me on there.

It seems they fail to award credits on just about every offer. The other two, TrialPay and SponsorPay, are just as bad as SupersonicAds. Even with solid proof, they still reject claims. I still get the 430 spam messages per day, just not the credits promised for them. Contacting WGT about the problem won't help either, as I've sent in a support form about this two weeks ago, and no response as of yet.

Credits Owed:

SponsorPay - 2685 Credits, all with solid proof, most still under investigation.

SupersonicAds - 3470 Credits, all with solid proof, some still pending for over two weeks.

TrialPay - Unknown Credits as they don't provide a credit total for each pending offer. I would estimate the total amount owed to be less than the two above, but over 1000.

That is a lot of time and effort invested, only to have WGT's sponsors lie to me and steal from me. I spend 30% of my time completing offers for credits, 65% of my time chasing those earned credits, and 5% of my time actually playing golf. This IS a problem.

At this point, I think it's warranted to report SponsorPay, TrialPay, SupersonicAds, and WGT to the BBB for deceptive advertising.
