  I have used safari,firefox and a.o.l . Bar still jumps . I am not that great with computer linGO.

  Try Maxthon3 browser

   

   

  Apart from that, your PC needs

  • enough RAM
  • Make sure nothing you dont need is starting up with windows
  • clear your browser cache/ history often.

  • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
  • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Website Storage panel

  reset safari, but mouse wheel it's not work , but it's ok browser

  Safari 6.0.4

  Open Safari and close window all

  Debug Mode>New Single -Process Window

  ITS ok, scoll mouse work

  meter not jump

  no prob anything
