  I have just become a tour master and my avg. has gone up 3 times in 2, 9 hole, and 1, 18 hole games. 64 in the beginning, 68 the next, then 68.75. granted I have shot over on each by a stroke or two, but that is a big jump. I don't really remember my avg. last tier jump but I don't know why the 64,68, 68.75.

  Is this normal?

  don't know but when i jumped to master my avg jumped from 67 to 75 had to work my way down - i imagine it's the same. i expect to see the same soon   LOL

  Yes, it's normal.  Your average resets each time you move up a tier so if you've played 3 ranked rounds since changing your average is based on those 3 scores.  Your previous scores no longer count.
