  Trying to play two rounds today and each round screen kept freezing up on us . Also had trouble with jumping meter. What is going on? Why don't they fix some of these problems. We pay good money for a troubled system and apparently sub qualified tech support...........................................

  I played today and no issues... could this be something else as I have not heard reports of any other issues on our end.

  No problems here, I would think its something your end, either you need to clean your PC  optimizing your system or your network provider is having issues. As your meter is jumping I would clear your caches and ensure you have no other programs running when you play. Perhaps use games booster or similar.

  Most issues are localized or we would all be having them. The only game that was extremely slow in loading was due to one players internet connection,

  I played 5 rounds today with no problems. So it must be something on your end. The first thing to do is check your browser. If you are using Chrome make sure you do not have Chrome's pepper flash enabled. As for browsers Maxthon 3 or Comodo Dragon are both more stable and run this game much better than either Chrome or Firefox. Also a good program to help the game run smoothly will help greatly. Razer Game Booster available from the Razer web site or Gboost from Gzero,com both are very good and help you run the game smoothly with little or no meter skips.Also check your video card drivers to make sure they are up to date. Out dated driver can cause many problems with any game that  runs on flash.Your cache could also be corrupted so by doing a little maintenance by clearing your cache could help a great deal too.

  Why so hateful towards WGT for providing us with this awesome free game. One should never assume anything. I have not spent a dime on this game, I have taken advantage of WGT's generosity with the free credits to upgrade my equipment. I feel kind of bad about it too, but if I were to spend any money on an online game, this one would be the one, and I very well might in the near future. Also, I think that the tech department is very qualified and doing a great job.
