The send a message function is not showing on any of my friends over the first 250, is this a problem or your design??

yes, it's a software limitation. best way to do that is to find them via wgt community name and then send them a message.

I justreduced my friends list to 122. and I still don't have the availability to send messages from my profile, nor can I send an invite from my profile, none of the functions that I had before on the upper line of my profile are all gone.??

They are only availabe to others not yourself. If you were online when I took this snip, it would also have Invite to play.
