  Dec 18-Hole Unlimited

  Dec 18-Hole Open

  Dec Sun Safe Classic

  Dec Olympic 18-Hole Unlimited

  Tour Leg Uneven Lies

  and can't tell about the Premium NKF Cadillac.

  Feel free to add more if I've missed any - I can't be bothered to look through all the CTTHs.

  The US Open Flashback Tournament. It ended on the 16th of December.

  From my experience, WGT can take several months to award the winners their prizes and up to a year or more to add the winners winnings to their career earnings.
