Another thing that's very important to agree on in advance is the "concede hole" option while on green. I found it on several occasions that if I concede my opponent's putt (let's say I'm sitting on a 1 foot birdie putt and he's already reached par) at the same time as he presses "concede hole", it will make one of us freeze out. So we usually agree that nobody should "concede hole" when we're on the green, it really helps to prevent potential issues.

    I agree with Sarak362336.

    Or better yet.

Remove the option to concede altogether!

                                                     CONCEDE PUTT?

                                                       "YES          NO"

It will save countless hours of confusion, crying, bellyaching and name calling!

    Interesting...

While conceding is an important part of the Rules of Golf and as such has a standing in this game, it seems to be the only in-game option given to us.

    Ball choice: No option

    point of drop: No option

    unplayable ball: Inexistant

    Concede: option yes / no

    Naw,

Conceding putts in MP is an integral  part of the game.

Strategy is to know when to concede and when not to.

When I used to play random MPC's, I might concede a 6 foot putt, and not concede a 2.9 footer, just to get under my opponents skin.

That and if you are conceding the "should make" 6 footers,  when you know they are str8 putts anyhow.... then their putter might not be ready for them when it really counts.   Like the last hole and they need a 6 footer to extend the match.

    The old mind games....lol

Concede putts one hole after the other, then don't concede and they get very annoyed and miss.....lol

    This works.....lol
