just wanting a little bit of advice from all your seasoned players out there,

is it time change my clubs?, at the moment i have the following clubs

    Ping G20 driver L81

    TM Rocketballs 3 Fairwood L26

    Rapture V2 Hytbrid Graphite L47

    Ping K15 irons Graphite L36

    Ping Tour W 60 Wedge L60

    Ping Tour W 64 Wedge L42

    Max Putter L80

    and using Nike20XL X Balls L71

all though i love the driver, i feel some times the other clubs let me down affecting my game, i would just like some honest opinions, so i can advance further a bit quicker

    thanks

I would say that your irons are the clubs you use most and your level is high enough to go for the L79 burners (or L57 G20s if you'd prefer).

I'd say it's time to ditch your hybrid and use 3 equally spaced wedges instead.

^this. You need high flighted irons to hold greens more than anything else I see in your bag. Ditching the hybrid and carrying 3 wedges will finalize your setup.

...and joining an active country club will improve your game too.

Barry, first off you want all your clubs to have the same meter speed or as close as you can get. Ideally the same speed. You can also buy slow meter balls.
