i,m currently using the free white ball with unlimited durability, can someone explain what this means if for expample i buy a cheap ball that as a 2 durability rating?  i mean how long do these balls last before it becomes abvious ur play becomes affected (if at all) how often would u need to buy or replace a ball ,once they run out (assuming they do) do you revert back to your white freeball with unlimited durability

as you can see i,m relatively new to this game

I wish I could get that many rounds out of  120 hits. More like 2 rounds per dot for me. The cost of bad golf.

The "play" is not affected, when you purchase a ball and have it in use, down in the lower right of the screen will be a "durability meter"..when it gets in the red, the ball is nearing the end of it's life...appx 25% of life left.

When that ball is used up, WGT will replace it with only the exact same ball --assuming you have it in your bag--

If you do not have the exact same ball, WGT will replace it with a starter/free ball and you can continue your round.

Funny though when you get to #18 on CCC, (you know what I'm referring to) that, that ball that had 1/2 of the red zone left turns into a new ball......??

Happened again last night but instead of sending the expletive filled e- mail, which I felt like doing and would've been justified in doing so....

I just went to bed and saved myself a sleeve of normal nightly (8 hours) hits.

Or Congressional #11 with the pin in the back right. Ball is in the red before you hit your drive and bingo second shot you get the nice announcement that appears. Ball taken out of play.

You are in the Matrix Mr Anderson. There are no balls,,,,no red meter and the laws of physics do not apply

How many times have I seen on th PGA tour when Tiger woods is about to drive his ball and an official comes and takes his ball saying it is worn out and replaces it with a range ball??,,,,If I had a nickel for every time that happens I would still not have a nickel
