Can any one who play ready go's tell me why we need forgiveness on clubs?

There is absolutely no reason in my opinion to have forgiveness on clubs while playing ready go's because the ready go is set up to be less or more forgiving anyway regardless.  I just played a few holes on the Olympic Ready go and i had wedge shot on #4 where i missed ding by a fraction early (opposite to the slight 2 o'clock wind too) and my ball landed 5 yards left, same on #5 the slightest missed ding early with left to right wind and my ball lands in rough left of green. If you don't hit ding then shot is screwed and had no shots going normally if i missed by a fraction

Next ready go at Kiwah i missed ding by over a cm on #4 in straight wind yet i land within 0 yards, same with #5, i miss ding again by a lot yet land within 1 yard, happened all front, so it seems every ready go is set up with higher or lower forgiveness & deviation so why do we need forgiveness on clubs??  The ready go's will ignore the forgiveness on your clubs on some ready go's any way, or give you more on others regardless of what club you use, so does any one really need to pay attention to forgiveness??  (lets see if my forgiveness changes for the back as well)  :)

All holes i missed ding by more than a cm yet landed within 1 yard all through the front 9, the only hole i overshot was #8 and i even sunk the awkward 17 footer

So you gonna call Chad Chris? Just curious lol. Don't take this wrong, I'm just kidding. You gonna fork over the 100,000 credits to chew his ear off?

RGs aren't the only method of play.  Stroke play is only one method of play and ready gos are only one way of playing stroke play.  Clubs in real life have some level of forgiveness.

Its just one more variable to put into the equation to create variation so the same stuff doesn't just happen over and over

I don't worry about it Chris, I figure that the balls that go 5 yards left help me when I'm 5 clicks late on the meter.

It does always seem to me that this happens at the worse possible time.  I was playing a CTTH ready go, think it was Wolf Creek, dinged or very close to it my 195 yard shot only to watch it go 25 feet right into the water, of course it was after I had put the ball inside 3 feet on the first 2 holes and I think I got the last 6 all inside 5 feet.  Same thing at STA on the final hole the other day, dinged my 210 yard shot and it came up 35 feet left and down the slope.

It sort of like real golf, you know when you flush that 195 yard 7 iron and it ends up 10 feet away instead of 6 inches from the hole.....................wait I think that was a PGA Pro and not me.
