how about alt or doubles tournaments i think this will give the game a boost..

They are very difficult to organize. It's not easy to get 4 people from across the world to be available at the same time. There was one at our club that only managed to get one game played. I agree in principle though that it would be nice.
i would'nt mind seeing the top yearly earners on wgt fight it out at an 18 hole alternate shot game .
live streamed as well.
