    RogerSpacey:

How many active players are on WGT?

I did a search and found this.

    Richard4168:

There is currently 5,305,439 WGT members and growing daily.

This thread gives some information about the Legend field, and will most likely be updated in the coming weeks.

The links in the above thread are useful and will give you more information as well.

LOL, you used the search function ?  The very one we're missing? :-)

PS: 5 million might be the number of USER ID registered with WGT.

How about the count of the ACTIVE users? (E.G.: how many unique users logged in yesterday)

It would be interesting to know.

Unfortunately even WGT can't control the proliferation of unused or multiple accounts, and I certainly cannot blame WGT for that.

But I am sure they know the number of ACTIVE users, and that would be a very interesting figure to know because, as also you have pointed out, a massive number of accounts are just not active.

It would be also useful to just delete accounts that have not been used for, let's say, 1 year, but I guess there are implications regarding purchased items and so on...

Nothing that cannot be addressed by a change on the user agreement anyways.
