Re: Suggestion: Deliver challenges to in-game inbox

  I received notification of a challenge via email, with a "Click Here" link. Upon clicking that, it launched the WGT game within a main browser tab instead of a separate browser window. 

  As a result, I was bitten by the meter lag bug (I won't even get into that) and was forced to forfeit the game after 5 shots.

  Why not deliver the challenges into the in-game inbox? It's not really used for anything else?

  ... and that's all they'll do because they don't have a working search function, and they won't be able to find any of them! LoL

  I wish they stopped sending me lame email notifications for everything that happens at WGT.. Unchecked everything, they said they have removed me from lists and still get more emails.. if they could just set up an in game Inbox and send all notifications there that would be great.. stop bombarding my email with every notification.. I have emailed WGT several times and you do nothing. Why send an email for everything? Why not create an Inbox here and send notifications there? Maybe only the most important could go to your other mail.

  LOL - I can't disagree... I did try to do my due diligence and look through the forums to  see if this had already been posted as an idea - I quickly gave that up when I realized there was no search function.

  Let's start a list:

  1) In game messages (challenges and the such) delivered to the in-game Inbox

  2) Search function for the forums

  *** NEW***

  3) Some sort of limitation as to who can play - I'm getting a little sick of running into these dial up users that take 3-4 minutes to load a hole. WGT says recommended specs are 3m DSL - there should be a way to block anyone not meeting the minimum system requirements

  4) {your idea here - please do not re-hash things that are known issues}
