  It helps you track down things. A business program I believe.

  because I did a web search and it said both are Spyware.

  Correct they are web trackers. Your malware program should detect them and remove them.

  The reason I.m asking is because when you click on Earn Free Credits to do the Offers it shows this

  in Global settings in flash player.
