Prices include shipping and handling anywhere in the world. Orders are processed weekly and will take 1-2 weeks in the USA and 3-4 weeks Internationally, all via US Postal Service.
Reading the description , I'm sure I wouldn't be expected to pay anything else towards the cost
Shipping and handling are very different from customs charges, However it is prudent to state that it excludes and customs/taxes applicable im your country.
Personally I think it is a little naive of people to be oblivious to their countries import rules if they are buying from abroad. However I am pleased that the OP has had a satisfactory outcome in this instance, and full props to WGT.
