The last few days my meter has been a little jerky. I have never had a problem with this in the past. Any ideas without switching browsers. The only thing I did last week was clear out my internet temporary files. It dont jump it is just a little jerky.  Any help would be great. Thank You in advance.

not too sure. i don't see how clearing it would make it worse.

Hi, clearing the Flash Cache may help too, however I have had this problem in the past, where the meter jerks in small increments.

It is most likely caused by some processes running in the background. I try and only have this game open when playing (close all other programs) , and many recommend to have a dedicated browser just for WGT. You can try using something like Gamebooster or similar - all it does is monitor your PC and  what processes are using your resources.

The biggest problem with many computers are the virus scanners, depending on what you use this could well be causing issues.

On my first game tonight my mouse click was registering about 1 1/2 secs late on putts only. Check my system prefs and sure enough there's a Flash update to 11.6.602.171

    All good now.

last night and today - jumping meter, slow animation, slow download scorecard. very rare at me - little struts, and very strange 'feel' about meter speed. things like these usually happens 1-2 day before new wgt updates, in my case.

and, yes, new issue: at some holes - when enter on green, aim triangle is at tee area (possible bbq and resting activity).lol.

I know this doesn't seem reasonable ... however, I've been fighting jerky meter for months ...tried everything ... last 3 months-minimize screen ... then maximize ... you get smooth meter... I don't know why, but it's been working for 2 months ...

    luck to you ...
