On your My Profile page, go to the Appearance tab. You can choose a new look for your game avatar, or upload a photo from your computer.
You have the " Shadow " Pic showing now . That tell us that you posted a pic befor that did not go over well and it was removed by WGT . You will be blocked from posting a new one.

Exactly as OPY said, inappropriate pictures will be removed. I am guessing someone was a naughty surfer girl.
