Ever lost a ball on Kiawah #17 and got dropped somewhere in the weeds and sand? No one would choose to hit from there if given that choice. It would be nice to see WGT add the ability to choose drop locations. Drop anywhere within the flight line of the ball would be a great feature.

that is right Sammy. They  are supposed to be following the rules of golf, but do not. This has been mentioned before, by me for one.

l've hit my ball in the water and yes my 3rd was so far down the Tee l could hardly see myself, and a drop in 15-20% sand.

Not the correct shot to hit a brand new nike across the pond also.

Bump for great justice. I just took three shots just to get the ball from the weeds backwards onto the tee box on Kiawah #17. It didn't make much difference in the tournament - a CC tournament where I was already two strokes behind and had just hit into the water - but I still don't appreciate taking an 8 when a 5 is quite enough. If we can't choose the drop location, at least give us the option of a rehit from the previous spot.
