  On Tuesday 3/12, for one day only, we're doubling the Hole-In-One Challenge payouts.

  Earn twice as many WGT Credits for shooting a hole-in-one or landing the ball within 1 or 5 feet of the hole on tee shots on closest-to-the-hole courses, excluding Merion.

  Can I assume you still lose for getting within 1 ft and 5 ft rather than holing it?

  Yes, the payments are 5200/90/22 for a 100c bet. If they'd started with those numbers and doubled that today, I might have considered going for it.

  I do not understand why landing within 5ft and 1ft is not rewarded with more credits than it costs to take the challenge.  Would WGT really lose profits by rewarding its players with some credits for great play?  Even something as small as 1 credit any time you can hit the ding spot on would be very cool.
