I'm closing in on 1 year in WGT land and have to say a great big thank you to all WGT employees who work hard so we can berate them in the forums. LOL
Many of us love to take our frustrations out here but these people really are dedicated to what they do.
I have had several instances in my year here that required contacting WGT to resolve issues and errors. I can't think of one other company I have dealt with that has ever returned messages so promptly or with WGTs attitude of trying to make the issue right.
Kudos folks! Keep up the great work.
