  While reading a post , I happened to look at the players profile to try and figure out , how best to advise them. What I saw ,has brought me to this question. How does a player accomplish making Master tier , with only 25 ranked rounds? Been playing since Dec.2012 and level 68. Now I know that you can buy your way up the levels, to level 60 , ok. But unless the ranked rounds are a typo, then this one needs some figuring out. Happy Swinging

  One way would be through match play wins.Consistently beating higher ranked opponents will move you up without ever playing ANY ranked rounds.

  Well according their stats, they have only won 2 matches against a Master, and one of the players the stats show they played, that player has 0 stats .A total blank profile .

  I stand  corrected, 9-10vs Master . Yet stats show in M/P only 2 Masters are listed. Must be the profile picture .The one guys use of a pretty woman, so they let them win .

  I assume the match wins were before becoming Master, as Pro and TP. Alas, I suspect that there is some more details hidden in the case.

  Alas, I'd not bother: A player with a tier higher than expected is not a thread to the community's purses.

  Those 25 ranked rounds will be the reason the player is Master.  

  You can get XP points for playing practise rounds, even a 1 hole practice round you can get the bonus each night.

  You can join Wgt and play 1000 practice games to get the XP points and Levels... then have the odd ranked round and there is your promotion to a new Tier.

  If you think that's unusual; try a Level 30 Legend with 56.67 average or a Level 11 Hack with a 58.0 average.    lol   Nobody can become that good that quickly; it's impossible to do from the way things were 2 years ago.  So I think the whole process of level/tier progression has changed now because you can buy Level Up Boosts and God knows what else?  But the bottom line is; new players nowadays simply don't have to earn their stripes like we had to?  That's just the way it is but it is perhaps more a detriment to "those kinds of players" because, for example, I wouldn't play a Level 30 Legend until they have reached another 60 Levels and earned the right to play with a Level 92 Tour Master or Legend who did earn the Level 92 status the hard way. ;)
