  How long does it take for tournament winnings to be credited to the winner's account?

  I had a good week (week 11), winning the free multi-round (Tour Master) and finishing in 18th place in the 18 hole single play (also Tour Master) and yet I've received no Credits or confirmation of winnings.

  Come on WGT, you're quick enough to take the cash out of my bank account when I buy Credits...

  Tournaments typically pay out within 15 (fifteen) days of the tournament's closing.  

  • Monthly tournaments close on the last day of the month at 11:45pm PT.  
  • Weekly tournaments close on the Sunday after the tournament began, at 11:45pm PT.
  • Other tournaments close as described in the tournament details.

  I also have placed ok in some tournaments and a WGT credit amount has been allocated to my finishing place but not credited to my balance? Not sure how to collect it? Any help appreciated.

  There is nothing you need to do to collect your winnings, they're automatically added to your account. You can take a look at your transaction history here on WGT.com to see the winnings. 

  Select Account above the PLAY NOW box and then select Transaction History at the top of the page.
