    Hi

your level moves up as you gain experience points

Your Average goes down when you shoot ranked rounds and score better than your current average.  There is nothing to explain how that works on WGT's FAQ's, the want to keep that a secret for some reason, but there are many people that can tell you what level and how many ranked rounds you need to have to change Tier

You can find many of the answers you seek in the FAQ Home listed over there---->

Your average will only move from ranked strokeplay rounds, not from Blitz games. Furtheron, you might want to return to those good scores of 37 / 38 / 39 instead of shooting 54++ over nine holes - your saturated TP average will never move up again.

For better results, you might decide to get some decent wedges (Ping or up) and perhaps not waste so much credits in high-stake Callies - those lvl33 will do, or Srixons, or WGT Tour-SD.

Very Simple!!! Stop playing Blitz and start playing scored stroke play. Enough said.

    +1 Alosso

Invest in some wedges and you should notice a big difference and save some money with cheaper balls.

If you want to move your average you need to play ranked rounds and a score of better than 36 will move your average down. I see your best scores have come on the easier courses and you have suffered on the harder courses. Do not let that you deter you from playing all courses and with pracice and experience you will improve.
