I'm looking to upgrade my irons but I can't decide between the L32 R11s and the Max Precision L45 irons.  Basically I don't know how important the trajectory is. Which is better? Obviously High sounds better but the starter irons are High and that doesn't seem to make sense. Please help!!!

Generally, the higher the trajectory the less roll the ball has once it lands.

However, the higher the trajectory the more the wind can influence the ball.

Frankly, I have not yet seen any Max clubs/ball that were worth the cost IMO.

I can't see the Starters to be high trajectory.

You are level 46, not too far from becoming Master, with longer tracks. You'll need some good clubs then.

My 2 Pfennig is to wait until you become promoted and gain a few levels until then. Then look for the best you can get!

Another Pfennig: Replace the Starter wedge

Yet another Pfennig: Consider to use custom balls - start with the cheapest (I'd propos Tour-SD though).

Extremely important-you want High. Forget what the Starters do, think about good clubs with that High trajectory. There's trade offs between those and Med/High clubs but just take a look at what almost every single Legend and TL use.

This doesn't mean you can't do quite well with lower trajectory clubs but you get hurt by them when you face pins higher than the fairway. Higher clubs land softer while lower clubs come in like a freight train and need back spin to slow them down. You wind up playing a run-up-to-the-pin type game with lower trajectory clubs where with the higher lofted clubs you can drop down on top of the pin, more or less.
