  Just imagine how lame our country club tourneys would be if you could only play someone from the same state.

  Actually that would totally scupper anyone not in the US.

  Not really, i could play you for instance and you would just have to beat my score or arrange a time that would accomodate both of us for a game.

  What I don't understand about your post is what does being out of state have to do with not being online?

  I can't imagine how to invite a person to play who is not online though.

  Sorry for confusion. Let me try again. I live in Arizona and somebody i want to play lives in Georgia on the east coast of United States . Can i play them even though they may not be online ? ie, i play 18 holes and they play same 18 holes but! when i play first hole if they have played also 1st hole then i see there shot , even though they may not be online at that momment but have play there first shot. Sorry may have confused everybody now...lol thanks.

  No. The only way you can play them is if you're both online and one invites the other.
