    I have a question for those who would know. On ball distances, does the rating of say a 5 spot vs a 3spot of distance also effect the distance on putting? Should you dial back on your putter with a ball that has a 5 rating to prevent over traveling the hole, than you would with a 3 rating ball? I know the ratings are meant for the driving and other shots but was wondering if it also effects the putting distance travel?

    No. The wind will have a slight affect on the putts but not the distance rating of the ball. Free balls roll just like the $6 ones.

    This is a function of the equipment, not the ball.
