  Hi there, can anyone help. I purchased $10 in credits and WGT has a promo on right now that if you purchase at least $5 in credits it gives you a ping driver. I don't think I got mine and I don't know where to go to see. i have checked my equipement and it is not there. Any help?

  Their customer service is actually pretty good.

  Customer service is good.  I think that NIV or someone said that WGT handles a lot of the promotions by hand so that promo balls, clubs, etc. take a while to show up.

  check you email, WGT will always email you when you recive a gift.  Maybe it's already shown up in your invatory but you didn't equip it.

  One thing I have noticed is that some of the WGT's emails seem to end up in the spam folder so check that .

  Ya just email them and they will take care of it 48 hrs after the end of the promotion
