Just use a different club or ball. They all have different attributes.

Are the SWING woods in your bag voluntarily? They may ease your meter pain but they are quite unprecise...

One big problem is that your meter speeds don't match. The iron set is a lot faster than every thing else and that will really throw off your timing. Your meter speeds don't have to match exactly but they should be closer than what yours are.

Have a look for balls with a FEEL rating, these will slow the standard meter down.

Sorry Steve, but I hate to burst your bubble. I have been playing WGT for several years (off and on) and regardless what equipment/balls you buy, the meter will be inconsistent.  There is three speeds in the meter (rabbit, turtle and the jerky-jerky) all you have to do is guess to which one is coming.

    Wish you all the luck.
