On a par 4 or 5 hole, if you land on the fairway or on the green you are considered to get your accuracy check mark for that hole.  But, I have landed on the fringe of the green a few times now on my first shot, and I do not get credit for being "accurate".  I would think this would count as well.  What do you think?

If you are talking stroke play in a ranked round..........

A tee shot on the tringe or green counts toward your driving accuracy.  Your second shot to a par four or third to a par five would count toward your green in regulation percent only if you land on the green, fringe isn't the green.

If you are talking CTTH, then fringe is not green for the green bonus.

Fringe is also not valid for a longest drive, while fairway and green are.

During a stroke play ranked round, do you know how after the hole it has the check marks for drive accuracy and GIR?  Well, anytime I have hit the fringe on the 1st shot of a par 4, I do not get the check mark for the drive accuracy.

I would check with the moderators because the fringe is considered through the green and is considered the same as the green and the fairway in real golf.
