Started playing more recently, was so anxious to get the R11 irons I sold my 400CR putter and my 52 and 60 deg. Ping wedges to get them. The irons are amazing, even with starter balls they stop on a dime. My GIR are way up. I am so close to making Legend, yet so far, as the starter putter (with its 30 foot minimum and lack of precision), makes it hard to sink putts on tournament speed greens.

I will add that more often than not on short par 4s and par 5s, I am laying up to around 120 yards to have a full PW. I am usually just as accurate as I am from 50yards with the starter LW.

So be patient guys, and keep the better equipment you have accumulated, You will get enough credits to upgrade soon enough
