Hi, I am a Master and wish to play Matchplay against a Tour Master in the office - how can i play against him so that we are on different tees and green speeds so that we are more evenly matched ?

Impossible!
The green speed defaults to that of the highest tired player.
and Master and TM play from the same tee. There are only 4 sets of tees
Easy - Hack/Amateur
Med - Pro/ TP
Hard - Master/ TM
Champ(tips, parking lot, etc) - Legend/TL
You could play it as a practice to choose the green speed and tees but it would still be the same for both of you.
It would take a little longer because you would have to hole out but you can always just play stroke play and keep match play score on your own. It's not difficult. A friend and I do that from time to time in practice mode, adjusting the settings to match our tiers.
