Come on WGT, make this happen! You could fashion it much like the US Am. Have 1 week of a stroke play qualifier with the top 128 moving on to match play in the order they finish the qualifying round.
I understand the schedule would be brutal to set-up, but you could just have a certain start time for everyone and if the 2 parties (or 1) don't show up they will forfeit. Logistically it is a stretch, but what fun this would be.
