So I have been trying to get a reply from the customer service/IT/moderators for 3 weeks now. Months ago, I spent REAL money to upgrade my clubs. I've also had a balance of well over 1000 credits in my account, and I've leveled up into the 40s. This took a few months of playing, taking surveys, and watching ads they make money from...only then to be banned for an inappropriate player name. I've since been emailing them for the past 3 weeks, trying to get them to credit my new account with either the clubs I've purchased, or the credit amount of those clubs plus the accrued credits I had in my account prior to being banned. They have constantly ignored my emails, providing ZERO service or help to my concerns.
