Why?
If you don't like it, don't use it.
My brothers and I play each other just about every weekend and 18 holes are a 2-3 hour evolution. We use 90 seconds and talk/text during the match.
If you need to make a 'pit stop' or want to grab a cup of coffee - sometimes 60 seconds isn't enough!
