The big tournaments are for the best of the best, not surprised to see those scores.
I would, however, like to see a pro-am type tournament at some point. I volunteer to be an am.
What I would like to see is something that I have suggested before. A Senior U.S. Open for those of us over 55. We try but due to our slower reflexes and other age related issues most of us struggle mightily when we try to compete with the young guns. In the real U.S. Open I doubt that you will see a senior playing well enough to win and it is the same here. In my opinion that is why the U.S.G.A. created the Senior U.S. Open. It would be a good thing here as well. But I realize that the U.S.G.A. would have to agree to it and so far it seems that they have not. I also realize that it would be hard to police as it were. I am sure there would be many younger players playing or trying to play in it. Just something for WGT and the U.S.G.A. to consider.
