  A quick tip for searching from the Metro screen is just to start typing.

  

  Never knew that just tried it and it worked,it ony showed the way i posted from the tutorial i saw,thanks for the tip.

  ty for the replys e1 much appreciated tys. done all that things still the same this laptop with its widows 8 is the biggest heep of chit out there 8gb ram and it totally sucks dont buy a hp e1

  Go to system settings and change the graphic settings from Best appearance to best performance. You will be surprised at what a difference it makes.
