  Yes, 63.0, derived from your best 40 ranked rounds played as Master (you must have at least 40 ranked rounds as Master).

  From Tour Master to Legend requires 50 ranked as TM with an average of 61.00. There are circumstances that can get you to tier early, but I do not know exactly what. Maybe playing Ready Go's and beating higher tier players?

  I moved up to tour master with 63.5 average, I think that earnings are consider too...
