A chip shot is a finesse shot and you shouldn't have to full power the swing to get the ball to move. Then when you do try to use what would be considered enough power to hit the shot it ALWAYS chili dips the shot.
It's doesn't always chili dip the shot if you know how to play it here on WGT based on the lie, and you don't always have to use full power on a chip shot either. From some lies, chip is not an apprpriate shot type option choice.
Be that as it may, there are far, far fewer just off the green shots where a chip shot is appropriate as compared to choosing pitch shot mode.
